Automatic Compactors was founded over 35 years ago and continues today in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of waste and recycling equipment.

The original apartment compactor, “The Auto Pak”, (now a standard everywhere) was developed by company founder Salvatore Iantorno, many years ago. Today Salvatore’s son - Ralf Iantorno, owns and operates Automatic Compactors as a full service company.
